Waterlogged-Off

Teeerrrrifying moment. I was sitting at a beach resort in mexico, minding my own business when POSEIDON ATTACKED! The water was relatively calm, I was sitting on a patio a good 10 feet above the surface of the water with my back facing the sea, when suddenly two ferocious waves wreaked their havoc on me and my computer. The screen went black as I scrambled to borrow a friend's towel to salvage the salty, wet pile of scrap metal that was my macbook pro. All I could do was lay the old girl out in the sun and hope that the water had avoided any vital components and that the screen shutting off was a coincidence, harkening back to the spine tingling day I spilled diet coke on her. Thank the merciful pragmatic spirits of agnosticism that she is alright. I am typing this harrowing story on her battle-scarred, salt-encrusted keyboard at this very moment. Ahh the sweet taste of technological continuance. It's music in my earbuds.
